Accessed mail from 365 portal via web - OK In terms of testing I have performed the following: When it gets to a random number of downloaded emails (usually under 250) it repeats the cycle (sync pending then downloading from 1 again). The status bar at the bottom indicates a Sync Pending for this folder followed by the message Inbox: Downloading (1/1006) and a progress bar. I have checked this on two different Apple MacBook Air's (one running El Capitan and the other Sierra) and using different versions of Outlook 2016 (15.28, 15.29, 15.30). I cannot however see the email contents located in the reading pane. The additional account has been added, email subject, sender and message preview Full permission has been granted to this mailbox. I have added an additional mailbox to Outlook 2016 for Mac via File>Open>Other Users Folder.
